Rental Request Form  

GUIDELINES :

*We do not accommodate DJ Events or overnight stays. (We DO store equipment overnight on shoots lasting more than one day.)

*A non-refundable payment is required for rental confirmation. (We accept cash, money order or credit card.) If you require a change in your reservation, we are happy to reschedule upon availability.

*Liability Insurance naming Double 6 Studio as the beneficiary OR Security Deposit ($1000) required on all rentals. (Deposit is returned 24 hours after check-out.)

*Studio showings can be scheduled based on the studio's availability.

*A cleaning fee is applied on all rentals.

*Studio showings can be scheduled based on the studio's availability.

*Rooftop access is only available for Photo and Video productions; maximum 12 crew members.

*Special events with more than 12 guests, require a Full Day minimum rental.
