+ $70 / hour after 10-hour block

PHOTO SHOOT / $750

+ $75 / hour after 10-hour block

VIDEO SHOOT / $850

+ $85 / hour after 10-hour block

stage two

Please complete the Rental Request Form to inquire about rates.

Notes :

A 50% of total payment (non-refundable) is required 48 hours prior to rental date. The remaining amount is due at studio check-in.

Payment is required for rental confirmation. (Payments can be made by cash, money order or credit card.)

We do not accommodate DJ Events. 

A cleaning fee ($99) is applied once to all rentals.

Insurance or security deposit ($1000) required on all rentals. (Deposit is returned 24 hours after check-out.)

Studio showings can be scheduled based on the studio's availability.

Rooftop access is only available for Photo and Video productions; maximum 12 crew members.

We do not accommodate overnight stays.
